PHYSICAL TRAINING IS ONLY PART OF PERFORMACE
Athletes spend hours developing strength, speed, skill, and strategy. But when pressure rises, mistakes happen, emotions take over, or confidence drops, the mental side of the game often determines what happens next.
PRESSURE
Staying focused when the moment feels big
MISTAKES
Recovering quickly instead of spiraling.
EMOTION
Managing frustration, nerves, and intensity.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
MEET ANN
I bring together a background in competitive sport, leadership, and sport performance psychology to help athletes strengthen the mental side of their game.
As a former Division I athlete and longtime leader of technical teams, I understand performance environments where pressure, preparation, and decision-making matter. My work now focuses on helping youth athletes develop confidence, resilience, focus, and emotional control in ways that support both sport and life.
WHY CERTIFICATION MATTERS
